The equipment was delivered to property and set up everything was explained to me fully and repeated where necessary as to ensure that it was fully understood.

I would like to thank the engineer who has been to my home to set up my new equipment. They were extremely approachable, arrived on time, was very helpful, clearly explained all the equipment given to me and had a friendly manner when I asked loads of questions, they answered the questions I asked in the way I could understand as I'm not the best with technology. All my equipment is set up this morning, where I'm able to start using it, the engineer made me aware of how to contact if need further help. They showed me how to order replacement supplies and told me that the equipment has a guarantee. Excellent services the engineer was polite, friendly and extremely helpful, ensured I understood all the software and equipment and how to use it all and throughout the demonstration, made sure I clearly understood, but in a supportive manner.
