At Remtek Systems Ltd, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return items. Please read the following carefully to ensure your return can be processed smoothly.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item(s), along with a completed returns note.
Returned items must be:
In perfect condition
In original packaging (no postage labels affixed directly)
Used or unboxed items will be returned to you.
Not eligible for return:
Items older than 14 days are not eligible for return.
Special-order items (e.g. powered chairs, chairs with massage systems, heat pads, coccyx cutouts) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Custom orders refer to situations where the Company assembles a computer system by installing software chosen from a list that has been supplied or approved by you. By placing a custom order (including upgrades), you acknowledge that it cannot be cancelled. On occasion, the Company may, at its sole discretion, agree to a cancellation; however, you may still be required to cover costs up to, but not exceeding, the full value of the order.

Faulty Equipment
Items will be tested upon return.
If faulty and within warranty, a repair or replacement will be provided.
If no fault is found, the original item will be returned, and a £25 + VAT charge may apply for testing and collection.
Additional charges apply for chairs and desks.
Damaged Items
For items damaged on delivery, please retain all packaging.
Report the issue with photo evidence within 24 hours of receipt to admin@remtek-online.co.uk.

Accessories (not chairs/desks): £20 + VAT
Chairs and desks: £75 + VAT
Highlands & Overseas: Price confirmed on request
If reported within 24 hours, collection and replacement will be free of charge.
Unsuitable or No Longer Required Items
If you change your mind or no longer require the item (excluding special-order items):
Alternative Item: Place a new order and return the original. A credit will be issued (minus carriage charges).
No Alternative: A credit will be issued (minus carriage charges and a 25% cancellation fee).
For web orders, items may be returned within 10 working days for a refund (minus carriage charges), provided they are not special-order items.

We recommend recorded delivery with proof of posting. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
Processing takes up to 14 working days from receipt of the return.
Refunds to a different card may be arranged in specific cases (e.g. expired account).
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under these regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of receiving goods (excluding bespoke items).
