The engineer was extremely helpful and friendly, set up everything and gave me an introduction to all the pieces of software and hardware. Brilliant service.

5 star rated. the people at Remtek could not have possibly done more to assist me. The engineer who delivered the equipment was on time, quick and efficient. They spent time to talk me though the equipment and make sure I had a very basic idea of how to use it. The engineer was very courteous and helpful and was very tidy also leaving no mess at all. I would gladly recommend this company.

Everything was set up quickly with a run down and how the software etc works. very helpful and friendly.

I would like to thank the engineer who has been to my home to set up my new equipment. They were extremely approachable, arrived on time, was very helpful, clearly explained all the equipment given to me and had a friendly manner when I asked loads of questions, they answered the questions I asked in the way I could understand as I'm not the best with technology. All my equipment is set up this morning, where I'm able to start using it, the engineer made me aware of how to contact if need further help. They showed me how to order replacement supplies and told me that the equipment has a guarantee. Excellent services the engineer was polite, friendly and extremely helpful, ensured I understood all the software and equipment and how to use it all and throughout the demonstration, made sure I clearly understood, but in a supportive manner. The delivery was prompt and the service impeccable. The Supplier set my equipment up quickly and explained how to use things very simply which was excellent. In addition to this they were pleasant and made the experience on the whole brilliant.
