Hi, I thought the engineer was veer helpful. Arrived early in the day and set up perfectly all the technology. Also, provided me with useful information how things can be used. Just had this great engineer from Remtek come and deliver my dyslexia equipment. I've had so much trouble with Student Finance with this order but when Remtek told me they would deliver it as soon as I felt a bit better. The engineer however really made my day. I don't think i've ever met such a friendly engineer?!? Really made this whole situation much better!! :)

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their amazing service! Great customer service and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. When they left I was completely comfortable with all the software as they gave me an introduction to it and made me aware of things such as the insurance policy. Overall it's a complete 5 star company!

What do we collect from you:

  • Any information submitted by you via the contact forms is sent directly to email. We do not retain anything on our website.
