They called ahead to inform me that my delivery would be late because of traffic, which i appreciated. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Installer was very friendly, explained in detail and clearly about the equipment and software installed. They also showed me where I call for assistance and claim for damages too. All in all, I really enjoyed the service. 5 star.

Excellent service, equipment arrived on expected date, everything ready, as described and set up for me.

I was really impressed with the high level of service and professional customer care shown by the Remtek installer who delivered, checked and explained all the equipment they set up for me today. They clearly had a very in depth subject knowledge of all facts of the system they were installing, and was more than happy to clarify my queries and answer any questions in a helpful, friendly and completely non-patronising manner. They were extremely thorough and conscientious throughout the instalment and checking-processes - and I am subsequently really looking forward to getting started with my new equipment... The individual that came to help me with my new equipment was very helpful. If they did not explain everything to me, I would have been completely lost. they also made me feel at ease and comfortable which made it easier for me to understand the software.
