My supplier provide me with all of the correct information, on top of that they were helpful with my questions and helped me solve any issues that I had. They were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with asking about any issues that I had.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Remtek. The set up and installation was done efficiently and the support/guidance provided was really useful and much appreciated. It was provided in a clear, user-friendly manner. All of the continuing support that is available to me was explained and discussed in detail, I feel confident that I will be receiving ongoing support if I need it which will be clear for me to follow and easy to understand. My engineer was friendly and showed me how to maximise my equipment. I found the set up of my equipment, with all of the help provided, really useful. I am usually a technology phobic but I am really excited about my new equipment as finally I feel somebody has taken the time to explain things properly and clearly so that I know what I am doing! Really pleased with the service:) Thank you!!

The engineer arrived early and was really helpful in setting everything up and explaining how the systems worked. They were patient and didn't rush (or laugh at our lack of knowledge!). Its great that the equipment is delivered and set up rather than just delivered, as we would have struggled to set it all up by ourselves. Its also fantastic that you offer ongoing I.T support for the duration of the course. All in all great service from REMTEK and would happily recommend.
