Very good service - especially with the installation process.

Extremely helpful, patient and thorough. Made sure everything was working, gave a good explanation of all the software, and was just generally very nice and chatty. I couldn't recommend them enough!

All equipment was present. The installer was friendly and helpful. They completed the setup and installed all of the software very quickly, and took me through the basics of all of the equipment. They then checked that everything was satisfactory and that I knew what I was doing before they left.

Really helpful. Went through everything and showed me how everything worked. Only thing was that my appointment was at 10 o'clock and didn't arrive until half 10, with no message to say how long or that they were going to be late, any other time it wouldn't matter only as i had an appointment at 11 elsewhere. Other than that, there was absolutely no problems and very helpful.

Installation was quick and well explained at every step and the whole service was excellent.
