The engineer told me about the machine and the software at a level that was suitable and easily understandable for me without being patronising. I am thoroughly impressed with the whole experience of dealing with Remtek from the start. Thank you.

The supplier arrived early and was very friendly. The engineer showed me all of the equipment then ran through all of the software and told me what to do if I needed any more help. Very helpful.

My engineer was absolutely excellent, they fully set up my equipment, ran me through it all ensuring I knew what was what and how to use it, and was all round nice and polite

The engineer was a fantastic ambassador for your company. The excellent service provided was delivered efficiently and was of a very high standard. I felt like a valued customer all throughout the set up and installation of my new equipment. Despite some elements of the equipment being different from what was required, the engineer dealt with everything superbly. I was left feeling confident in both the products and the service.
