I was really happy with receiving my equipment, I was taught how to use everything and was a friendly conversation.

Just had the engineer deliver my equipment who was brilliant. Set everything up for me, checked it all worked properly and went through all the soft and hardware explaining how to use them (the basics') and answered all my questions. The engineer was a very nice, well mannered, polite and was clear when giving me information on the different products. Have to say I was very impressed as you were aware I have dyslexia and usually find it hard to understand new information but the engineer was engaging and friendly making me feel at ease so, Thank you

The trainer was great, lovely and helpful. The trainer took it slowly sometimes a little to slow but i feel this was catering for all learning abilities not elongating the process.

Hi, I thought the engineer was veer helpful. Arrived early in the day and set up perfectly all the technology. Also, provided me with useful information how things can be used.
