The service I received from Remtek was excellent. They were extremely efficient, polite, and punctual. They were very supportive of my needs and I would be happy to recommend their services to others.

My experience of receiving my equipment was of a high standard. My technician was very pleasant and the service was excellent, the technician set up all the systems up and showed me how to use all the programs that I have received.

Remtek have been very fast and informative. My questions were answered on the phone and my order processed quickly. The delivery was efficient and the engineer took the time to explain the features and set everything up for me perfectly. Definitely a fantastic service.

Just had this great engineer from Remtek come and deliver my dyslexia equipment. I've had so much trouble with Student Finance with this order but when Remtek told me they would deliver it as soon as I felt a bit better. The engineer however really made my day. I don't think i've ever met such a friendly engineer?!? Really made this whole situation much better!! :)

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their amazing service! Great customer service and friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. When they left I was completely comfortable with all the software as they gave me an introduction to it and made me aware of things such as the insurance policy. Overall it's a complete 5 star company!

Really friendly and helpful service, the engineer who came was really knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and went through all the software with me. Nothing felt rushed so I couldn't of asked for anything more.

Overall great experience with the supplier, great guidance on understanding software and how each program works. Tested equipment and software to ensure that they all work together. Set up all equipment and tested to ensure they were fully functional. I have had a great experience with this company and the supplier they have provided to support me with the equipment.

Fantastic help from Remtek, from start to finish everything was dealt with professionally and I was never left wondering what was happening. The Engineer that did the set-up was brilliant, went through everything to make sure I knew what was what and didn't make anything more complicated than it needed to be.
