I found the help today with setting up of my equipment very helpful. The engineer walked me through the software, giving me advice and how to keep my equipment running in the best possible way. Also, provided me with information that if there is any problem with this at any point then to just ring up Remtek and they will help me fix it either online or take it away to repair. Overall he was very helpful throughout the visit.

Best service I have ever received for anything. The supplier took me through everything I needed to know and more. Was friendly and very helpful. The engineer also took me through some training stuff, showing me previews of what the programs could do. The equipment was delivered well and new software features explained etc. The time from ordering to delivery was slow (about a month), but apart from that the service was great.

Remtek have been a brilliant service throughout. The process was just a quick email and a phone call then they visit you with the equipment you are required to receive. The engineer was very helpful giving an overview of the equipment and answered any questions I had, was very kind and knew exactly what they was talking about. What do we collect from you:

  • Any information submitted by you via the contact forms is sent directly to email. We do not retain anything on our website.
