    While booking through the phone and emails everyone was accommodating. Two people who came to install all the programs arrived promptly. Both of them were friendly and very helpful. The Trainer also stayed longer than they should have over an hour and a half and they helped me with my printer and other things that were not related to my training.     The customer service with Remtek was excellent. My engineer rang ahead to say that there had been a cancellation and they could come an hour earlier than allotted time which was great. The engineer arrived promptly and went through everything, answering my questions as we went. The engineer was extremely helpful and friendly which really helped as my anxiety makes me quite nervous.     Just wanted to say how helpful my admin was. I had quite a complex issue with my DSA award and whether it had expired or not. Luckily, my admin sorted it all for me within an hour. They spoke with SFE sorted out some technical issues, which I would not have expected of them. As I have ADHD, I found chasing up SFE and the Needs Assessor to be daunting and I was on the verge of giving up this valuable aid to my academic learning. Thankfully, my admin rectified it all through a simple and friendly manner, being aware that my attention span for such issues isn't great. All in all, everything someone in their position should aspire to be. Many thanks.
