So happy with the service. The equipment I've received will change how I can access and perform in my course and for that I am so very grateful. Suddenly the obstacles that stood in the way have been removed and I can't thank you enough. I only wish I knew about the fantastic equipment that there is out there when I was younger! Amazing service. Really helpful staff regarding any queries and really efficient and informative. This will enable me to record so much more information and to do so without exhausting myself trying to keep up writing notes, to no avail. I can now make notes that I'm proud of, rather than an illegible, useless mess, and put so much more into essays etc. My potential to do well as a Student Speech and Language therapist has increased dramatically and that is all down to the help I have received. My installer was brilliant, they told me everything I needed to know and the few questions I had after they answered all of those as well. Remtek made sure I had the delivery before I went back home for christmas and now it's all set up I will be able to get my work done at home rather than in the library. I appreciate this so much, so thank you!

The staff are a credit to Remtek and a pleasure to deal with, both were professional, polite and helpful. From placing the order with them to speaking to them the next day, they checked stock and build time, the process has been pain free and extremely quick. Three days from order to available for collection. I am very impressed. Based on these two people and the quality of service they provided, I would definitely recommend Remtek.

There was a bit of a mix up with equipment specification in the first instance, which slowed down process of ordering. However this rectified and I have been happy with the service I have received since. The equipment was delivered within 15 days of order and set up engineer was swift, concise and helpful.
