I am very pleased with the friendly service today that I received from the techs. I found the service very helpful and informative.

Remtek have been fantastic in supplying all of the equipment I needed to me. An engineer arrived with all the things, checked that everything worked as they set it all up for me and gave me a demonstration of how everything worked. Very friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the service provided and would recommend Remtek to others.

Received my order on 18/12. Fab service from my installer; kept me informed when they were running a little behind schedule which wasn't a problem anyway, brought everything straight in and got to work setting it up straight away. They talked me through everything; what everything was, the support offered by Remtek and the insurance coverage. Showed me how to use all of my equipment and just generally checked that everything was running as it should be. Unfortunately one piece of equipment I received had been assigned to the wrong order and so they had to take it away, but returned the next day (today) with the correct one and set it all up for me. Products are great as expected, great quality. Process from first contact to delivery was smooth and queries were responded to promptly and courteously. Overall, very satisfied with the process, delivery and installation service. Bit of a hiccup at warehouse level but accidents happen, particularly at this time of year. Thanks!

I am very excited about the equipment I have received today. I believe that with this equipment, I will be able to do my work at ease. The service I was offered by Remtek today was really good, the member of staff was very friendly and set up my equipment. They also familiarised me with the software and equipment which was useful. When going through the different devices they were very patient by explaining thoroughly. Additionally, they were happy to answer my questions even if it meant repeating themself.

The individual who delivered and installed my equipment was very polite, well mannered, chatty and I felt very comfortable around them. They were very helpful and understanding of my needs and showed me everything I needed to know about my equipment. They also came earlier (after asking if this was OK with me) which was great as it saved having to wait around. I was more than happy with the service I received and felt that they were a great representative of the company. I'm very grateful for all the equipment supplied to me from yourselves and feel it will help me very much. Thank you for the excellent service and the even better customer service from my installer.
