The time between order and delivery was a little longer than I had hoped but the individual that came out with all my equipment was great!

My technician was really helpful, polite and all the information was comprehensive.

It was difficult to arrange a delivery , but this was due to my availability. When the equipment did come the person installing it was polite and helpful. It was installed quickly and the delivery driver took time to make sure I understood what I had received and how to use it. The equipment is of a high standard.

I was very impressed with Remtek staff's professionalism, speedy processing and handling of my DSA equipment provision. Initial phone contact was specific, minimal, non-intrusive and efficient. Follow up paperwork was comprehensive and outlined clearly my required response to ensure earliest delivery. Delivery day was decided on with the minimum of fuss and a follow up call to ensure this was still suitable was much appreciated. The equipment was delivered on schedule. Setup by my installer, who contacted me before arrival, connected up all equipment efficiently and respectfully then patiently took me through the basics of using all the equipment supplied.
