The help in setting up was invaluable - I would never have been able to do that on my own!

Initially I had to chase up my order as I was told I would receive an email 1-2 working days to say the order was processed. 2 weeks later I still hadn't received the email. However once I rang the supplier they were quick to get this sorted and give me a delivery date. The set up was brilliant. They were quick and efficient but explained everything thoroughly, making sure I had no more questions before leaving. Overall my experience has been very good.
