The engineer was fantastic in showing me how everything worked. Their reassuring approach was very useful to me who finds the prospect of software and equipment rather daunting. They gave me a fantastic introduction into how things worked, especially with specific software where they even gave me a demonstration of how it works first hand! It made me want to use it there and then. I really thank them for the time they gave me and how they were happy to answer any questions. Their enthusiastic approach made me really admire Remtek as a supplier and I am thankful that I have the equipment delivered from this professional company.
