Really impressed with the help and support from Remtek, I didn't know half of this technology was available and it's really going to help me. The engineer who came to set everything up for me was brilliant, so fast and efficient and took away all the rubbish for me! Thank you Remtek.

I have had nothing but problems since I have had this laptop installed . I can't even get online support when needed . I wouldn't recommend this make of laptop. Never heard the make until it was delivered.

Set up was very smooth and efficient, and the engineer was very clear when explaining how the equipment and software worked.

I felt I received a very good service from Remtek, they were quick at sorting the delivery date out and setting up the equipment. The installer was very helpful and helped me to understand how to use the software. The only slight problem was that all the equipment wasn't there but the engineer rang and sorted it out straight away and the rest of it is on its way out in the post. Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone :)

My experience with Remtek has been great so far! Very speedy set up and lovely staff member.

The installation went smoothly, the person who set up the programs was very informative and was able to answer all the questions I had, which removed any concerns that arose.

The delivery was on time and the process of setting the equipment up and demonstrating how it works was very quick and easy to understand.

My supplier was excellent. The service I received was friendly and helpful, from setting up my computer, printer etc., to giving me a quick run through of the software on the computer along with tips and tricks. Great service all round.
