The engineer who delivered all of my equipment was extremely kind and helpful and answered all of the questions that I had. The services from Remtek Systems was excellent. They were very helpful when trying to arrange payment, delivery and training. The engineer who delivered the equipment was efficient and prompt. The installer was very clear when they talked and went through some of the software to give me a basic understanding. They also showed me where to find each individual tutorial section for the software, which was very useful. Set up the laptop and printer very efficiently and went through how to scan etc.

My experience with the supplier Remtek was very professional. My courier and software trainer was very efficient and straight to the point, polite and professional. They explained all the hardware and software showing everything I needed in a precise and clear way. All the equipment is high quality with no corners cut with any product. I feel more comfortable using this equipment now after the hour training as I wouldn't have known where to start. I will now look forward in excitement to the next three years of my degree with a good understanding of how to use this equipment and to use it to the best of my advantage.
