The Remtek installer did a fantastic job, the engineer was friendly, supportive and very thorough with the job. I really appreciate the support the engineer offered me. I am thankful and know how much of a difference this equipment will make.

Organising delivery of the equipment took a bit too long, especially when I tried to communicate by email. When I asked a question by email, the reply did not answer the question but instead asked me to call them. Moreover, I accidentally sent my order to the wrong email address, so it should be made clear what email address should be used and when. However, the installation of the equipment was done swiftly and well, nothing should change about this part of the service.

I haven't got any training yet so this is just for the equipment. The engineer was super cheery and arrived on time and awesome and answered all of my questions about the software and explained it in a really easy way. All my equipment looks absolutely fabulous and I cannot wait to apply it to my work. Thank you very much :)

Engineer was very nice and polite. Engineer knew what they were doing and set up everything for me easily. Engineer was also very patient with me whilst going through all the applications which I appreciate a great deal. Engineer also explained where I can buy my inks for my printer from and other relevant material and showed me where to go for support with any of my equipment which I found useful. Definitely impressed with Engineers help and support today. Thank you!
