The technician who delivered the equipment was very friendly and extremely helpful in setting up the computer, scanner and printer and talking me through the software. Engineer talked me through all the equipment and advised me on how best to maintain it.

The supplier was nice and friendly and has set up my equipment for me. They showed me a little of all the programs. However, I'm very disappointed that word etc wasn't delivered with it, I was just told I would receive it in the post in a few weeks - which I think is very vague and also frustrating as it means I can't use my computer for my academic studies yet, and I'm not sure when I will be able to. Hence why I am leaving a 3 star review.

Ordering the system and gear i needed was painless and easy there were nice contacts on the other side of the phone and on delivery, the engineer was impressively patient and and very insightful on the technology and how best i could familiarize my self with the programs and a really nice person to talk to thanks again

I had to change my DSA as I wasn't accepted into my first choice university. I phoned Remtek explaining the situation and they had told me that I hadn't got an order from them which was weird because I notified them saying that my offers at the university for my DSA were conditional and I failed to meet the conditions by this point which delayed me receiving my order. Although this was before my delivery. The engineer who delivered my equipment was absolutely fantastic! I would rate the engineer 5 stars without a shadow of doubt. Not only did they set up my equipment with me thoroughly, they also taught me a trick for my battery-failed laptop for get rid of the static electricity in the circuits of my laptop. The engineer truly sets an example for the rest of Remtek.
