The two engineers who delivered my equipment were very friendly and welcoming. They instructed me through the programmes very clearly and thoroughly, and ensured I knew what to access if I had any issues and where to go for additional tutorials. Also, they also gave me tips on things not related to the software. Overall, they both provided an excellent service.

The engineer was extremely helpful in setting up and describing the systems explaining each stage as we went along. The engineer answered all my questions clearly and effectively demonstrating what was necessary as we went along. I now feel confident with using my equipment and its supporting accessories. In event that anything goes wrong I know what steps I need to follow etc.
