Rating: 5. The technicians were very helpful and patient with my additional questions, including regarding setting up an additional monitor. They gave me a quick run-through the software and devices which was useful. They were very pleasant and approachable.

I am writing this review as I am very pleased with the quality of service this company provides. I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and the way its employees conduct business. As soon as they walked through the door (early in fact) the two deliverers rang my mobile and greeted me with utmost respect and enthusiasm. As they efficiently installed everything they went over everything with me and made sure I had everything I needed. As well as that the equipment is great and I will be trained in it shortly. I cannot remember a time when a delivery has gone smoother and the delivery staff have been so excellent. It was a pleasure to be guided through an installation by people who not only understand the meaning of proficiency, but have people skills to boot. Exceptional service. The two employees (who will remain nameless as this is a review) should be commended for their performance.

Just had my equipment set up, Remtek were very helpful when installing and explaining the equipment. The set up was done quickly and the installers were very easy to talk to answering all my questions.

I was very impressed with the service I received for the delivery and set-up of my equipment. The engineer was friendly and explained everything and answered my questions well. I was also surprised at how quick everything was set up and thought everything was well organised in advance.

The engineer who came out to install the computer was friendly, informative and showed me all the necessary programmes I will be using, the engineer also advised me to ring and arrange a tutorial asap.
