From my first contact with Remtek they have been helpful, prompt and professional. On the phone they were extremely polite and emailed me with all info written up. I've just had my equipment delivered and explained. The engineer was super friendly and made sure that I was absolutely, completely happy with the equipment. Really happy to have had Remtek service.

The engineer was on time and very polite and showed me how to use the equipment and answered all of my questions effortlessly. The mouse stopped working during the installation so they automatically checked the car to see if there were another one. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and they have arranged for a replacement mouse to be sent to my house at the earliest opportunity.
