I received my equipment today, the engineer was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know. The engineer also helped me understand how to use the equipment and its software.

Very helpful, answered all questions, and showed me everything that I needed to know. Did not rush, just gave simple step by step instructions. Just want to say thank you very much.

The installation was swift and very useful. The explained everything I needed to know and explained it all in a simplistic way. The engineer also answered all of my questions and was very helpful.

Equipment was delivered in the time I was given. When it was delivered the engineer who delivered it was very helpful and friendly. The engineer showed me how to navigate around the computer and a quick demonstration on software I have been provided. All and all the experience with this supplier was a positive one.

All in all the service was excellent. The engineer arrived within the time that I was told they would arrive in. The engineer set everything up fast and explained what everything was whilst doing so. The engineer explained how each piece of equipment worked well and pointed me to places that I could seek help if need be. I was happy with the service provided.

Everything was explained and set up quickly and each component of equipment was explained in a way I could understand, I didn’t feel rushed and overall very happy so far.

The equipment was delivered slightly late which is not a problem, the driver/installer rang to let us know they were in traffic with an hour to spare which was greatly appreciated. The engineer installed the software quickly and gave me a good overview of the products including tips and tricks. It was very easy to contact the supplier, Remtek, to organise a delivery date for this.

The supplier was prompt and arrived on time. The engineer was very helpful with showing me how the equipment worked and setting it up fast.

My equipment arrived today from Remtek with the set-up from the engineer. The laptop and printer was set up and everything was installed, with a demonstration on each software too. The service was outstanding and all questions were answered. I am very pleased with the service and the equipment. Thank you very much.
