I am highly impressed with the helpful and friendly service I have received. The engineer was very helpful in the setting up of my equipment and explaining how to use it. The engineer answered all of my questions with detailed answered and was exceptionally polite. The engineer made the software seem easy to use and I couldn't have asked for more. I can already tell the software and equipment will be hugely beneficial to my studies.

I received a faulty product; supplier did not give onsite service like in description. I sent it off to the supplier that claimed they can't find the faults. Sent it back and said I am not entitled to a replacement as there are water marks in the unit. I never got the unit wet and it had been used by the supplier to install the software. Got it back the issues were still there, the supplier support team logged in and said I should send it in again. Summary without going into too much detail, they don't want to replace a faulty unit and they want me to make an insurance claim for damage I didn't do.
