I have just had my equipment from Remtek installed. The engineer who delivered it was brilliant. The engineer set everything up for me and showed me how the software worked. Any questions I had were answered in full. I'm very pleased with the service I have received and I'm sure this great service will continue in the future.

My equipment was delivered on time. The supplier who delivered the equipment came across very polite and welcoming. The depth of information I received was adequate and very informative. Everything was explained in a clear tone and manner with short windows available for me to ask any questions. The short IT session gave me an idea of how the applications are used. Overall, the experience I had was a positive one from beginning to end.

I received my equipment today from Remtek and was extremely pleased with the level of service. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and everything was explained in detail. Excellent!

Remtek was really helpful in helping me to sort out a PC upgrade. Their installation engineer was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. The machine was delivered with everything installed and all the notes for warranty and software already saved to the desktop. Excellent service.
