They were very helpful. Team member that helped me was especially helpful and took lots of time to answer my queries. Alternative equipment options was not great, so if you want a computer specification better suited to you, it might be best to purchase yourself, as suggested by SFE.

I received delivery of my equipment promptly at the arranged time by Remtek, who although the engineer was young in age, had excellent professionalism and was very knowledgeable as a representative for Remtek. The engineer knew about the equipment delivered and the software installed. The engineer was very capable in the demonstrations and in providing basic information (based on the fact that I will be arranging extensive training with a Tutor as recommended by my study institution). I felt I had excellent customer service and I know that the equipment and software will make an immense difference to my life and remaining year of my studies.

The technician was very polite, friendly and helpful. The technician set up the equipment and explained it as it was set up. The technician was very patient and answered all my questions, showing me the basics of the programmes and how they work. The technician told me on numerous occasions that if I needed any help with the equipment they would gladly help and that I just need to phone or go on the help app. The technician also made sure that I had further training booked on the use of the different programmes. The service provided was excellent.

I have not yet received my training but I have received my equipment. I had a great experience, the member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick to set everything up and while checking the software they briefly showed me how to use it as I informed them I have not been trained which was really helpful of them.
