The man turned up dead on time and set up the computer. He was very pleasant and was knowledable about the products he had brought out. After leaving I realised there was no case/bag for the laptop or the dictaphone. Is this normal practice by your company as others who went through DSA in other universities got these. Apart from that everything seems to be ok. Response from Remtek- Hi Sara, thanks for the review. We checked the quote and the bags are not listed. I understand one of our admin team has spoken to you to find a way forward.

I have just received my supplies from Remtek. It was very thoughtful of Gabriel to give me a call and let me know the estimated time of arrival. He installed the equipment for me and explained how it all worked. There was even explanation on how to contact them should I encounter any problems with any of the software. I am very happy the great service I have received from Remtek. Thank you very much, I appreciate all the help I have received.

I can not fault Jamie on his superior customer service. He was punctual, friendly and efficient. However, the reason I am only giving this a 3 is because the software was not already set up on the computer before delivery.
Reply From Remtek: Thanks for the feedback Chris. Yes, we discovered a glitch on your particular build where some of the software was not loaded. I am glad our engineer sorted it out onsite.

My delivery driver, Chris, was incredibly helpful, polite and fun. He made everything so easy for me and was detailed when showing me what\'s what. Amazing experience, generally a nice guy and knows what he\'s doing!

Remtek took some time to process my order, only to receive it missing a component, application and device. I contacted the help team straight after delivery where I spoke to the tech and admin teams to arrange a pick up. I was contacted upon Remtek\'s receipt where someone confirmed the system had been upgraded and the device was packed and arranged re-delivery. The whole process was done so quickly so I know if anything goes wrong again Remtek will be supportive and quick! LOVE my PC
