Really good training. Slow steps and fully went through all the software I have used.

Helpful and clear instructions. The individual who came and set everything up went at a really good talking pace which is obviously helpful for someone with a learning disability.

Really helpful and quick delivery, showed me how to use everything on the laptop as well as brief overview of additional software added. Friendly and thorough with the information given. Answered questions I needed to ask and had no problems.

Thomas Jackson was a great instructor. He was very easy to listen to and i picked things up very quickly. I'm looking forward to my next session, but in the meantime I am going to have a play around with the software and have any questions ready for next time.

I have enjoyed the training session with using Mindview software with Chris, I found the training session really useful and helpful.

My installation, like the rest of my dealing with Remtek, was excellent. I was kept informed of Gareth\'s ETA by Gareth himself which is especially helpful for me as I do not handle uncertainty well - I need to know what is happening and when! All the right equipment arrived, all the right software and Gareth did an amazing job getting me set up with minimum fuss (i.e. anxiety) and my dogs liked him, too! Rare praise indeed. All in all fabulous experience from end to end. Thank you.

I\'ve just had my first training session with Tom and he was fantastic. He went over everything clearly, made sure I knew what I was doing, and I never felt rushed. He was also really encouraging. Chloe was really helpful scheduling the next appointments to accommodate school drop off and pick up.

I was so worried about the session,i am 57 and have no ict skills or knowledge,and i am really embaressed about that.Tom was really patient and worked at my pace,and quickly understood how my condition affects me,and what my needs are,and what my needs are.I can now so how this tecnolgy will help and can\'t wait to try it out tomorow.Ican not believe that i am looking forward to my next training session.Thank you.
