The Engineer: M - Jaimie was very helpful upon delivery as he called well in advance making sure I was available for a delivery in the time slot appointed, he then carefully carried all the equipment into my house and individually set every single piece of software & hardware. This assisted me in grasping all the basic knowledge for the assistive software provided; this was very efficient as I would be able to start on my work straight away. Kind & helpful.

Was extremely helpful, explained everything and made sure that it was all set up correctly despite their being issues on my end as I brought a chromebook rather then a laptop.

Jamie was very helpful polite and easy to ask quastions helped me to set up all was well explain and he left feeling me contented with the information on how to use my laptop and soft ware

Chris Barlow, very helpful and showed me how to use the equipment, any questions I had he answered in a very professional manner. I also called the call centre to confirm the date of delivery as I had wrote down the incorrect date and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and made sure I was able to keep the appointment.
