Very helpful and showed me how to set up and work my new laptop and it\'s new software.

Jaimie is a great guy, he helped me with the software, he showed me the basics on how to operate the software and gave me general knowledge about the products on how to use them.

Chris Barlow was most useful, and made me feel far more comfortable about using software I was not familiar with prior to the installation. He was concise and to the point, making it easy to understand what he was doing whilst he was doing it. It was a useful and helpful installation without being too time consuming, yet giving enough time to explain everything that needed explaining.
