Liam was very helpful when setting up everything and kept me up to date with what time he would be arriving

Gareth was really helpful with setting up my PC and demonstrating the software. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the set up as there was no USB 3 to USB C adaptor as my new laptop does not have USB 3 ports. As I was not aware of the compatibility of the additional equipment e.g. headphones, microphone etc I could not prepare for this in advance.

Very good service once the ball was rolling. However, why not put the upgrade list online so that there is less of waiting around for emails.

My laptop and equipment was delivered safely and on time today by engineer Chris Bendall. Chris was patient, efficient and knowledgeable. Had the laptop just been delivered without additional help I would have found it difficult and stressful to set up, however Chris\' assistance left me feeling happy and confident in using the computer and microphone. The engineer was friendly and helpful. An excellent service. Thank you!
