Always polite, made me aware of when she would put me on hold and apologised for the wait afterwards even though I didn\'t mind waiting. They were always helpful though out the phone call and patient with me whilst I double checked details and availabilities.

Engineer: Jaimie Rang 20 minutes before arrival, allowed me to make sure I was available. Friendly. Very helpful and patient.

Gareth was a great help explained everything really well.

Liam , was really polite and and went through the set up and explained everything fully and made sure i understood everything with setting up the laptop and even created a folder for me to book more in depth training for use of the software and explained software packages to me that have been installed and configured on this device.

Chris Bendall came today to deliver my equipment and was incredibly helpful and efficient with activating programmes, setting up printer and giving a general quick over run of all the programmes. Very good service, lovely chap.
