Chris Bendall was really nice and helpful! He arrived right on time and took time to give me thorough explanations on how to use the programmes and equipment as well as offering me advice. If there was anything he didn\'t know, he was sure to suggest what i should do next. He set up everything nicely and was very patient with my constant questions. Remtek have always supplied training when I need it. Staff are always so friendly & always helpful when I contact them to make an appointment. Very rarely have I needed to wait any longer than 48 hrs to see a trainer of choice. Assistive technology trainers seem to enjoy their work and this shows as they are always friendly and enthusiastic and want to help. I wouldn\'t use any other assistive technology trainers. They really are very knowledgeable.

Really really helpful. Answered all my questions but I had. And was very thorough with explanations and knew his stuff. And would recommend to anybody. Thank you for enabling me to be able to work to the best of my capability.
