Remtek have always supplied training when I need it. Staff are always so friendly & always helpful when I contact them to make an appointment. Very rarely have I needed to wait any longer than 48 hrs to see a trainer of choice. Assistive technology trainers seem to enjoy their work and this shows as they are always friendly and enthusiastic and want to help. I wouldn\'t use any other assistive technology trainers. They really are very knowledgeable.

Really really helpful. Answered all my questions but I had. And was very thorough with explanations and knew his stuff. And would recommend to anybody. Thank you for enabling me to be able to work to the best of my capability.

Liam is very friendly guy interacted with myself really good .set up my laptop, printer and the rest of the equipment. Liam went through a demonstration on how used the equipment. brilliant guy.

Gareth was really helpful with setting up my PC and demonstrating the software. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the set up as there was no USB 3 to USB C adaptor as my new laptop does not have USB 3 ports. As I was not aware of the compatibility of the additional equipment e.g. headphones, microphone etc I could not prepare for this in advance.
