I was very pleased with the service I received off the delivery man today. He was polite, professional and friendly, which made me feel comfortable to ask questions, when I was unsure of something. He set up all of my equipment and kindly showed me how to use the various tools I had been allocated. Thank you Remtek!

Set-up and familiarisation were very good. Made sure I understood everything as he explained and where to find more information if I needed it. However took some extra time as I had not been sent emails for my plugins before the arrival of my equipment.

he was very nice gave me alot of tips on how to use computer. got me signed into everything i need right away and explained everything while he was doing it also was friendly and talkative made me feel comfortable and relaxed. was quicker then expected which was great. but the lad was really helpful.
