I have completed 3 sessions with John Mike. I have to say that I have found each session really easy to follow and very informative. No question I asked was made to feel like a stupid question. I felt able to ask anything, no matter how trivial, and he always tried to answer if he could. I did, however, seem to come up with some requests beyond the scope of the software, so apologies for that! As an older learner even I feel that the software I have will be easy to convert to from pen and paper!

John Michael has been an amazing trainer. He has been very patient with me for when I am struggling to find a command (which happened rarely) He explained all of the functions and features of the software extremely well on what they do, how they can be used and even examples of what he would use them for, that way I know what I could use them for in reference. John has made me feel confident in using the following software: provided by Remtek. Overall, he has been a phenomenal trainer.

Wonderful, helpful training given by John-Michael, in which my level of knowledge and computing experience was taken into consideration. He was a lovely super friendly guy, who arrived on time and immediately put me at ease. The training given was invaluable and taught at a steady pace for me to understand and keep up. Due to COVID-19 the second part of my training was delivered online but once again John-Michael explained everything in detail and precisely. Highly recommend!!
