I would like to thank REMTEK for the help they have given me, getting my equipment they were easy to deal with. Quickly picked up the phone when I was placing the order and were very flexible to fit around my schedule. The gentleman I had ot to help set up my equipment was so helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Lovely gentleman and very helpful. Chris Barlow, very helpful and showed me how to use the equipment, any questions I had he answered in a very professional manner. I also called the call centre to confirm the date of delivery as I had wrote down the incorrect date and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and made sure I was able to keep the appointment.

My whole experience with Remtek has been amazing. Easy registering and booking. Chris came out to set my equipment up. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable spoke in a easy way to understand. I did not feel rushed and he ensured I understood how to use the equipment. Chris represented the company very well. I can\'t fault the service I have received throughout the process.
