Receiving equipment today was really good the technician was really polite and helpful with any questions I had definitely recommend!

When my equipment was delivered the courier was extremely friendly and explained all the equipment given. The training I received was really descriptive and helpful, the trainer focused my training to my course and has really helped me since I received the equipment. They fitted their timetable around mine and accepted that my timetable wasn't all the same. Very friendly and helpful. The equipment given had a small fault, Remtek took it away and fixed it perfectly, being out of the country I was unable to receive it back but they were happy to negotiate alternative delivery. Overall my experience with Remtek has been exceptional.

I thought that the services that Remtek provided were top notch. The Engineer was really nice and helpful and I wouldn't have any hesitation in contacting Remtek for any further information.

Excellent service, I found them extremely helpful and they explained all the software to me. They set up the equipment and made sure it was all working correctly. I did not have to do anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They have ensured me that I can phone them anytime - if I ever need help with my equipment or software and they will be there to offer support.
