Friendly staff who are very willing to help, making sure you know everything that has been happening on the equipment, way of making sure you understand everything and have no questions. They know the equipment very well and are happy to help you. However the phone system is very quiet and makes phone conversations hard to understand and very difficult.

Extremely helpful, friendly and considerate delivery man. When the engineer had left I felt very confident to be able to use everything, not confused and apprehensive as I would have been if I had just been left to unpack and set up on my own! As i was shown how to use everything I didn't have the anxiety of reading all the instructions, and as everything was already installed and ready to go, and then anything the engineer explained and I noticed that I was given plenty of time to write everything down, so i didn't feel rushed. The whole process with Remtek I found really straightforward, all the information was delivered clearly by office staff. Overall a very helpful experience, empathetic to my DSA specific needs.

Service was very good I couldn't have asked for anything more! The engineer was very good as I didn't even need to ask for additional details regarding the equipment as everything was explained and demonstrated very well! Hopefully use Remtek suppliers again in the future.

Excellent service. Made everything really easy and simplistic. Took me though all the equipment showed me the basics of how it all works and was extremely helpful.

Had to phone up as over 35 mins late and was unsure if coming. The engineer apologised and office had not estimated time to travel to my address. The equipment was excellent and well explained advised re training and requested if could have continuation of previous trainer as supplied on my access course . Pleasant engineer and all set up where I wanted situated.
