The engineer who delivered my equipment was very informative and helpful. Both my parents and I thought supplier was friendly and clearly explained how to use my stuff. Yet to receive my training but hopefully it will be just as good!

The engineer arrived 30 minutes earlier but that was no problem. I have anxiety issues and straight away they put me at ease. The supplier was kind, courteous and taught me how to use my new equipment. I recommend this company to anyone using them for a DSA. It was perfect.

Apart from a small problem with a previous delivery date, the setup was explained very well and easy enough to understand how everything works. Delivery was on time, perhaps earlier than expected, everything required was delivered and the engineer was friendly. The demonstrations of use of specialist equipment, were clear and simple. There were no issues during the day of delivery.

They were friendly and helpful. The person who delivered my equipment went through everything with me as they set it up. The only bad thing was that one person I spoke to on the phone wasn't particularly nice. Overall the service I received was good.
