Excellent service!!!

Great service, very helpful

Delivery time was slightly late; would advise people to give a extra hour either side of their delivery time rather than half an hour. Once the supplier arrived, they were friendly and helpful; set up my equipment quickly and efficiently. Each step of the way they gave me advice on my equipment and what to do if I had any problems.

Delivered equipment on time, and set up the equipment. Showed me the different programmes that has been pre-installed and took extra time to sort a problem with the equipment when it wouldn't connect. Very impressed with this supplier, very quick but professional service.

The service was very good quick and timely delivery at a suitable time for me. The installation was fast and got talked through how the basics of the program work in a clear manor

Fantastic really good service. Got a phone call bang on the allocated time was met by a very friendly engineer, set up equipment vey quickly showed me each part of equipment showed me some basic tips that will allow me to get started.

Yes very good, very helpful, explained everything clearly, sorted all the paperwork, I feel that I can use the equipment. I can now put into practise the training I received on the packages. The insurance details are readily available and that is very helpful too. The software is nice, I am looking forward to using. Thank you.

I found the equipment and the assistance to be 5* and everything was explained to me in enough detail for me to understand. Everything was gone through individually, all my questions were answered and i enjoyed the experience and being showed how everything worked.

Everything went very smooth and was easy. I'm thrilled with my new equipment and with all the new ways of learning I am now able to do!

Brilliant, explained everything really well to me so i got a good understanding how to use everything, set it all up for me and i knew what was what and where everything was on the equipment. Overall the supplier was really helpful and answered all of my questions and was also really friendly. I am really happy with the services i received today.

I thought the service was amazing, I was told the instructions of how to us my equipment. The delivery was as scheduled a bit earlier than expected but that is a plus.
