The service that I received from Remtek was brilliant. The engineer who delivered my equipment was extremely polite and friendly, and ran checks on my equipment to check it was all working correctly. They provided a run through of each programme installed, and showed me some of the basic functions to allow me to get an idea of how they work. Overall, the service was excellent. Great service from Remtek. The engineer was excellent. I was kept informed of what time they would be arriving and was very helpful with the setup. All questions and queries were answered without any problem. All equipment and software was checked and I was given a basic idea of how to use the software until I receive training.
