I have been a client of Remtek for 5 years. Their after sales care is first class, for example when I reported an issue with my equipment, a courier picked it up within 2 working days and I received a replacement. Customer service is efficient and not automated which is rare these days. I have also received I.T. training of specialist learning needs software. It was a one-one session in my home. The trainer was very thorough and their teaching was easy to follow. The software has changed my academic studies for the better, I am faster, more efficient and less stressed when completing assignments. A Big thank you to the Remtek Team :)

The delivery of the equipment was as scheduled a bit earlier than expected but this was a plus and fitted in nicely with my day. I was informed on how to get started with the software and other equipment provided. All relevant paperwork was signed off and explained. I am very happy with the service that was provided.

The engineer arrived 30 minutes earlier but that was no problem. I have anxiety issues and straight away they put me at ease. The supplier was kind, courteous and taught me how to use my new equipment. I recommend this company to anyone using them for a DSA. It was perfect.

Apart from a small problem with a previous delivery date, the setup was explained very well and easy enough to understand how everything works. Delivery was on time, perhaps earlier than expected, everything required was delivered and the engineer was friendly. The demonstrations of use of specialist equipment, were clear and simple. There were no issues during the day of delivery.
