Had to phone up as over 35 mins late and was unsure if coming. The engineer apologised and office had not estimated time to travel to my address. The equipment was excellent and well explained advised re training and requested if could have continuation of previous trainer as supplied on my access course . Pleasant engineer and all set up where I wanted situated.

The delivery was very good, the engineer was very friendly and answered any questions I had and explained things clearly so I could understand the systems which was a big help.

The engineer was really helpful and friendly, went through everything with me and asked me if I needed help with anything else. Fast set-up and were on time. Showed me how to use the equipment which was helpful. Provided an excellent service.
