All contact with Remtek has been quick and professional. The equipment was delivered on time and set up and the engineer explained how the provided hardware and software functions and how to contact any help that may be required in the future. All in all Remtek have provided an excellent service.

I received my equipment from the engineer who was extremely friendly and helpful, set everything up then gave me a quick run through of the programmes. The supplier was very knowledgeable and provided a good installation service. The service was very impressive.

I had a little difficulty initially organising the appointment, but the engineer was incredibly helpful when they delivered my equipment. As well as setting up everything efficiently, I was advised of things that might be useful for me, without being patronised.

I have just had equipment installed by the engineer, who arrived on time, was very enthusiastic, and was brilliant in getting everything set up just how I needed it. They even went through where to find the software, knew about the uses for all the software and hardware, and when I asked him questions they answered very helpfully. I'm so excited about how this is going to help me to work better.
