Initial contact with Remtek did not go too well. I was made to feel stupid for telephoning into the office to order my goods, even though the document I was reading from off SFE told me to do exactly that. Second call went much better and the operator was much more helpful. The engineer who came out to do the installation was fantastic and explained everything, answered my questions and left me feeling confident enough to operate the systems. 5 Star for home visit 0 Star for initial contact.

Remtek have been efficient and effective in providing a professional service. Today the trainer delivered and installed my equipment. They explained everything in a concise and comprehensive way. All the staff at Remtek have been very friendly and helpful.

The training that was provided was beneficial. I feel if I did not have the training I may not have known some of the features on various software's. The trainer was good at explaining and I fully understood what was being told.

The engineer was very helpful and very quick in setting up my equipment. The engineer explained everything clearly and went through the software with me to make sure I understood what each one provided and also made sure that one of the software that was not installed was reinstalled remotely, and didn't leave until everything was sorted. The engineer was great! Thank you.

Being hard of hearing - I was finding it tough at Uni. Remtek have been so supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. They have been incredibly efficient with sorting all my wonderful equipment and having had it delivered on Friday it is already making a huge difference to my life. The customer service is excellent at Remtek. My queries were answered swiftly, and where necessary, the administrator sought advice and support from colleagues. What do we collect from you:
