Everything went well I had no issues with any of the stages with sorting out my DSA everyone was very helpful and very friendly.

I had no problem what so ever contacting Remtek and arranging my delivery date, everything was pretty straight forward, the engineer who came to set up my equipment was extremely helpful, patient and didn't make me feel like we had to rush through everything, very friendly and I felt that I understood all of the programs installed, I was very impressed with this service. All the people I spoke to on the phone were very helpful, even when I got myself in a muddle with dates, except for one person I spoke to when the call was put through, who interrupted me mid-sentence and then just sent me through to another extension without explaining what they were doing or even saying anything other than what's your name. Otherwise 100% satisfied.

The engineer was really helpful and provided a very professional service, they explained everything to me in a very comprehensive way.

Although, I had some difficulty initially due to delays with my DSA equipment as well as miscommunication via email. I found the staff to be very helpful, especially the engineer who did the installation who explained everything very clearly and was lovely about any issues I had with the software etc.

To be honest I was so happy with my equipment I kept talking to assessor and was really helpful and showed me around the system and how to work everything.
