My engineer was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. The laptop was set up for me and every piece of software explained fully. Time was taken to explain how I could connect my digital voice recorder that I had previously purchased and run it on the software. Very impressed with the engineer who did not rush me through the software and took the time to ensure that I understood it fully. Thank you so much, I could not be happier with the service provided.
