The engineer was intuitive and helpful. They went through all the details regarding the insurance updates and viruses in a simple and understandable manner. They also explained the workings of all the equipment and software with just the right amount of detail so that it could be followed easily. Highly recommended.

here was a minor mix-up delivering my equipment but the engineers were able to deliver the right equipment the same day. They were friendly and thorough with explaining the educational software and also helpful showing me how to use it.

The engineer was very friendly and approachable. Talked me through everything in a fun and humorous way yet extremely knowledgeable so couldn't ask for more. I felt totally at ease with them and was therefore able to clarify things I was unsure about. They immediately corrected any issues and resolved any problems. Very pleased with all my equipment and the excellent service.
