The engineer that came was very friendly and helpful, I was guided through all of the software and showed how to use additional items that came with my order. The engineer also didn't mind that my son wanted to talk with him and he was very polite.

I was only given a brief introduction to the assisted software during my DSA assessment. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly, helpful in explaining and setting up my software equipment and printer. I am now looking forward to using them at University. Overall, a really good service.

In the initial stages of ordering my equipment, the process for receiving a new quotation for the upgrade option seemed to take a while. Once I received the new quote for the upgrade option, I was very happy that I received an emailed confirmation of the quotation. The engineer arrived on time, they were very clear and informative when showing me the equipment. It was evident that the engineer was experienced and knew what they were talking about. The engineer who helped me set up my laptop and printer was extremely helpful. The assessor made me feel very comfortable and at ease when sorting everything out. Nothing was too big a task for them and every question I had was answered. They were very patient and understanding, making sure not to complicate anything. They were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand how to use all the software and equipment provided. Everybody at REMTEK who I had contact with were kind and supportive, making me feel at ease. I can't thank you enough!

What a top engineer, my address was wrong so my engineer had to travel an extra hour to my location, this didn't seem to phase them however it was made sure that they spent as much time as I needed making sure I understood how to use all the new software, excellent service.

I was really happy with my engineer, they were very friendly, helpful and patient with me and I got to ask as many questions as I needed to without feeling like a nuisance which is really important as I have anxiety and like to know exactly what to do. All of the members of staff I came into contact with on the phone were really helpful too, and all in all I felt very satisfied with my experience. Thank you so much for all your help, I now feel like I will be able to start the next academic year with confidence and everything I need in place to succeed.

Just wanted to say how helpful my engineer was. I had quite a complex issue with my DSA award and whether it had expired or not. Luckily, my engineer sorted it all for me within an hour. They spoke with SFE sorted out some technical issues, which I would not have expected of them. As I have ADHD, I found chasing up SFE and the Needs Assessor to be daunting and I was on the verge of giving up this valuable aid to my academic learning. Thankfully, my engineer rectified it all through a simple and friendly manner, being aware that my attention span for such issues isn't great. All in all, everything someone in their position should aspire to be. Many thanks.
