The engineer that came to deliver my equipment was fantastic at their job and went above and beyond their duties. I am a bit embarrassed about my learning disability, but the engineer made me feel so comfortable and supported. The engineer gave me a run through of how the equipment works which was so clear and helpful. I appreciate it a lot. Thank you!
