This service was brilliant - the staff over the phone at Remtek were very friendly and super helpful. The engineer was extremely helpful, explained everything very clearly, and took out time to ask about my studies and offered me some great tips whilst using the software that were specific to my needs. The engineer also showed me some extra free software that will be very helpful. All in all, a very positive experience and excellent service. Thank you Remtek!!

The Engineer came to set my equipment up today, and was very polite and helpful. The engineer set everything up and showed me round the programmes that i'll have more training in but to get the general idea the engineer showed me how to use the equipment. We spoke about my course and it was very helpful. Engineer was very polite and friendly and helpfully went through all the equipment and how to use it and the engineer checked with me that they weren't going too fast and that I was happy with everything before continuing. The engineer explained everything from warranty cover to how to contact the technical support. Fabulous service.
