Really impressed with the level of service provided, extremely helpful and friendly engineer who explained all the software to me and made sure that I fully understood everything before leaving.

Very good service. Happy with initial training and very informative. Thorough and very patient. Set up also great, with no problems.

After an initial delay in the delivery, which was down to unforeseen circumstances, my equipment ended up being delivered. The engineer made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do to get everything set up and working, installing all the drivers and checking that the software was working correctly. One piece of equipment was missing, but I was ensured that it was on back order, due to being out of stock, and that it would be shipped to me as soon as it is available. Overall a good experience.

The trainer arrived on time to sort out all the installation. They explained how to use all the software in a clear way and showed me where I can find the training videos for more detail on how to use the software. The trainer was genuine and chatty. I was able to have a genuine conversation with the trainer. The trainer also explained that if I had any problems/questions with the software, contact them and they will be able to help me sort it out. Very pleased with the installation and the service the trainer provided. :)
