I received my equipment today by a very friendly engineer, who kindly set up my equipment and instructed me on how to use the software installed. They were very helpful and answered any questions I had. Thankyou.

The trainer, who delivered the equipment was so helpful and nice. Sorted everything out for me and advised me on what to do and where to go. The service they gave was excellent and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I have just received all my equipment from Remtek Ltd. and I have also been shown how to use it all correctly and efficiently. The service I was given when it was delivered to me and all demonstrated to me was excellent. I would like to give a massive thank you to the trainer. The trainer was very patient and did not make me feel embarrassed by my poor skills with IT, plus they checked that i understood. The Trainer also stayed longer than they should have over an hour and a half and they helped me with my printer and other things that were not related to my training. Basically the trainer went above and beyond, thanks so much for sending me such a competent , empathetic professional person.
